After a turbulent year, the Bangkok Opera’s Ring Cycle will finally continue with the third in the series in November, 2010, starring the young New Zealand heldentendor Sani Muliaumase’ali as Siegfried.  Somtow Sucharitkul’s production, which adds a bird’s eye view of the political history of Southeast Asia to the Nordic textures of the original, has been much praised.
